ADOPTION

   Ennis Center is a member of a specialized recruitment effort to find permanent homes for children and adolescents available for adoption outside our program and is currently the third largest specialized adoption agency in the state. Ennis’s adoption program provides:

• Adoption evaluation of children, including those with special needs
• Recruitment, orientation and training of adoptive families, including special needs adoptive families
• Certification of adoptive homes
• Adoptive placement and support services
• Supervision during the post-adoption period
• Advocacy for special needs resources and subsidies for children and families
