Flint facility

Minimum of MSW and one year of experience as a social service worker; or a Master's Degree in sociology, psychology, or guidance and counseling and two years of experience as a social service worker. Experience with family intervention and in-home services preferred. Responsibilities include planning, developing, organizing, and managing the daily operations of the JJDRA Program. This position also ensures sufficiency of staff for team; ensures on-the-job training for staff; prepare effective and timely employee performance appraisals; provide weekly supervision to employees; ensures consistent quality services to all clients; communicates effectively in written and oral correspondence; problem solves.

Must have reliable transportation, be able to work a flexible schedule (including weekends and holidays), and be available to families 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Employment is contingent upon adherence to agency personnel policies and procedures manual as well as all rules and regulations of this agency and the State of Michigan, which governs this agency.

Minimum of a Master's Degree in a Human Behavioral Science field. Responsibilities include planning, developing, organizing, and managing the daily operations of a team providing certification and adoption services. This position also ensures sufficiency of staff for team; ensures on-the-job training for staff; prepare effective and timely employee performance appraisals; provide weekly supervision to employees; ensures consistent quality services to all clients; communicates effectively in written and oral correspondence; problem solves; and motivates staff. Must have a good driving record, valid driver's license, and valid auto insurance.

Greenfield facilities

Must have a minimum of MSW or Master's degree in a Human Behavioral Science major with one-year experience as a social service worker. Responsibilities include managing the casework needs and providing clinical services to assigned specialized foster care youth in accordance with contract compliance.

Must have reliable transportation, a good driving record, valid driver's license, and valid auto insurance. East Grand Blvd Facility

Must have a minimum of MSW with one year experience as a social worker, or a Master's degree in a human service field with two years experience as a social worker. Supervisory experience required. Must be eligible for State of Michigan Licensure or Certification. Job responsibilities includes supervising to the Specialized Group Care Program which provides foster care services to juvenile delinquent clients; ensuring that appropriate services provided meets the guidelines and are in compliance with CWLD, CMO and other governing bodies; monitoring written client contract documentation; facilitates quarterly auditing of case files for clients. Employment is contingent upon adherence to agency personnel policies and procedures manual as well as all rules and regulations of this agency and the State of Michigan, which governs this agency.

Must have a minimum of MSW with one year experience as a social worker or a Master’s degree in a related human service field with two years experience as a social services worker. State of Michigan licensing or certification is required. Experience in home based services and/or delinquency is preferred. This position plans, develops, organizes, and manages the daily operations of the Community Based Delinquency Program. All aspects of operations including the expected parameters of Ennis Center for Children, Wayne County Juvenile Justice, and other Federal, State, and accrediting agencies are to be maintained

Must have a minimum of a Masters Degree in social work, counseling, psychology or guidance and counseling and must be certified or licensed in the State of Michigan.

Responsible for providing therapy services to all SGC youth as identified needing therapy services with an average of 28 hours of therapy weekly. Therapy may be individual or group for both male and female youth as directed by the supervisor. The therapist will also be available 24/7 for mental health emergencies for all youth in SGC. Must have reliable transportation, a good driving record, valid driver's license and valid auto insurance. Employment is contingent upon adherence to agency personnel policies and procedures manual as well as all rules and regulations of this agency and the State of Michigan, which governs this agency.

High School degree or GED required. Experience with delinquent youth is recommended. Responsible for monitoring the assigned Specialized Group Care youth as determined by the SGC guidelines. The CA must also form positive relationships with their assigned clients and serve as a constructive adult role model. Must have reliable transportation. Must also be able to work a flexible schedule. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Must be available to clients and families 24 hours a day, seven days a week, providing on-call crisis intervention within 20 minutes from contact. Must understand that employment is contingent upon adherence to agency personnel policies and procedures, as well as all rules and regulations that govern this agency.
