Sinne House (since 1998)

Ennis Center provides adult foster care services to adult, developmentally disabled women in the Flint area. Originally designed to serve adolescent girls, the residential program now houses young women and the staff assists the women to live independently within a home setting. They are taught to complete home chores, address their personal needs and attend day program or are employed during the day. On weekends and evenings, recreational activities are scheduled and attended by both the clients and staff. Services to the clients placed at Sinne House include:

Service Population: Developmentally delayed adult females with emotional problems. Services are provided in conjunction with Genesee County Community Mental Health. The maximum population is six.
