     A Past At the Ennis Center for Children, children arrive confused, scared and alone, having been taken from their homes. These kids often come to us with only the clothes on their backs and worried about where they will sleep at night. Many feel unwanted and unloved. It is our job to find them a safe and nurturing place to live while we work towards reuniting them with their families or finding them new, permanent homes.
     A Promise Your contribution can help us give these children the hope and the permanency they need. Your efforts will significantly impact the lives of these emotionally scarred children. We provide not only child placement, but counseling and support services so that these traumatized children will go on to a brighter, happier future.
