YOUTH ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (YAP)

The Youth Assistance Program (YAP) provides services to Detroit-area youth identified as at-risk of delinquent behavior. The program provides: 
  • Mentoring and educational assistance
  • Problem-solving and anger management counseling
  • Peer group counseling in building positive relationships and decision-making skills
  • Behavioral, mental health and substance abuse counseling
